Eo Sharp

Eo Sharp is a Montreal based set and costume designer. For over twenty five years she has been mucking around designing for theatres big and small across this country. She has won four design awards, been nominated another dozen times (so it goes) and began her career as a house/box office-manager.

She has three times had her designs at the Prague Quadrennial and three times participated in the NAC’s Ark Theatre Research Project. As an educator Eo has worked with Black Theatre Workshop’s Mentorship Program (AMP), The National Theatre School of Canada, Bishops and Concordia University. During Covid she made monthly parades with Sophie Gee (A Year in Parades) and has (for now) returned indoors.
